Green and High Yielding Synthesis of Ethyl-2-(Ethoxyphosphono)-2-(2-Chloroquinolin-3-Yl)-1-Cyanoethanoates from Ethyl 3-(2-Chloroquinolin-3-Yl)-2-Cyanoacrylates by Using Deep Eutectic Solvent as Catalyst

Abstract


The green synthesis of series of high yielding ethyl-2-(ethoxyphosphono)-2-(2-chloroquinolin-3-yl)-1-cyanoethanoates from ethyl 3-(2-chloroquinolin-3-yl)-2-cyanoacrylate stirred by the benevolent choline chloride based SnCl2 as deep eutectic mixture was employed as an efficient and green ionic liquid catalyst for solvent free condition obtained from 2-chloroquinolin-3-carbaldehydes by using triethylphosphite in the presence of Deep Eutectic Solvent DES.
